It’s true! Research found that a session typically lasts between 20 and 80 minutes, meaning the smoker may take 50 to 200 puffs of smoke.
Each puff ranges from about 0.15 to l litres of smoke going into their lungs each time. That’s a lot of smoke!
It affects your fitness and possibly your ability to have children
All that smoke going into your body has a huge impact on your health.
You might notice going to the gym and keeping fit is much harder because of the damage smoking has done to your body. Smoking can make it more difficult to have children in the future too – so think about your future self’s health as well!
